Brown still unsure on NBA
The bad news is that Shannon Brown’s family is interviewing possible agents. The good news is that they haven’t hired one yet. In Sunday’s Lansing State Journal, Chris Brown discusses his son’s plans for attending predraft camps.
“MSU has been super, especially Izzo, about this whole process,” Chris Brown said. “That’s what I’m more happy about than anything, that this has been blessed by Izzo.”
One place Brown can go for free - with all expenses paid by the NBA - is the predraft camp, June 6-10 in Orlando, Fla. He received his official invitation Wednesday. At this point, Chris Brown said, Shannon will go for his physical, but will only play against other NBA hopefuls if he feels he needs to elevate his status.
