Davis taken by Clippers in 2nd round
If you’re going to be selected in the 2nd round of the NBA draft, being taken as a team’s first draft pick is the way to go. Paul Davis was taken as the 34th pick by the L.A. Clippers as their first pick of the draft. The team did not have a first round pick. The Clippers were looking to get bigger, and at 6-11, Davis could fill that role nicely.
