MSU to play WMU at Ford Field? Maybe, maybe not
Michigan State’s athletic ticket office sent out an email to customers on Friday with a poster of the 2008 and 2009 football schedules. Many fans have been noticing that MSU is scheduled to play a November 7th, 2009 game against the Western Michigan Broncos at Detroit’s Ford Field. A November non-conference game is unusual enough but fans are speculating whether if it will be a home game for WMU to help boost their home ticket average. Jeremy Sampson of WILX News Ten Sports reports that nothing is official yet on the game, including who the home team is.
