Highly unlikely. He said that he has narrowed his choices to UM and Nebraska

Actually I wasn't. I just was reading the headlines on scout and then came here and saw the oranges. Who knows what these kids will do. Smith could be fresh in the mind of a lot of these kids.

I thought Ray, but then latest update makes it seem like it is a very good player who is at a position of need and could be a key commit for next year... so I am thinking OL, DL of LB, but snce I am thinking that and getting excited, it will be Ray, who is still a good pick-up.

Large teen wows kid campers
Thursday, June 30, 2005 By Steven Hepker shepker@citpat.com -- 768-4923
Boys at Jackson High School climbed Ivan Rajkovik like a tree Wednesday and hung from his limbs, marveling at his size and good nature.
At 7 feet, 7 inches and 428 pounds, the 18-year-old is used to the attention. The spotlight could get more intense if he makes it at Michigan State University.
"When he puts on pads and steps on the field, he will be the largest college football player ever," said Steven Haney, an assistant prosecutor for Jackson County and professional basketball agent.
"Or when he steps on the basketball court, he will be the largest man to ever play basketball."
Haney, who is managing a basketball camp at Jackson High School this week, is mentor and friend to Rajkovik. He moved Rajkovik’s family to Lansing to be closer to his home and to MSU.
Haney caused a stir at the courthouse in early spring when he introduced Rajkovik to court staff. He turns heads and stops traffic.
"It kind of makes me laugh," Rajkovik said of the crowds he draws, and the questions about his size. He wears a size 18 shoe and T-shirts that would drag the floor on normal teenagers.
While his parents are average height, his older brother is 6-foot-9.
Rajkovik has grown steadily since birth, and still is growing on what he considers a normal diet.
"We stopped on the way here at a gas station for pop and he came out with a 2-liter bottle of Faygo," Haney said.
"C'mon, it barely fit in my hand," Rajkovik protested, holding a regular size bottle of water that disappeared in his palm.
Haney enlisted him to help at camp, along with college and pro basketball players such as former Piston Charles Thomas.
The kids couldn't stay away from Rajkovik, who hoisted them high.
Rajkovik, whose parents moved from Macedonia to Detroit, graduated from Chippewa High School, where he was hounded by football coaches. He never played sports.
"My mom didn't want me to play because it was too dangerous," Rajkovik said. "Heck, I was twice the size of anyone else. Who was going to hurt me?"
Haney introduced Rajkovik to the football and basketball coaches at MSU and got him accepted into the athletic programs and academics this fall.
"He will get a shot at it. I tell him he does not have to be an athlete because of his size, that he is a special person and he will end up doing something special," Haney said.

Per Matt Dorsey on spartanmag.com...
Working on final confirmation, but feel very good about it.
The player in question plays a position of high importance for class of 2008.
They also camped at MSU and did very well.
