this was part of a michigan preps article
At this stage of the process, Ray is pretty sure where he wants to go. Michigan State is, and has been, his No. 1 school since the Spartans offered him a scholarship at their camp in June and a decision in their favor could come before the start of his senior season.

I think you mean Ray, not Gray.

Sticking it to Kelly is the least of my concerns, he is the bitter one.

I meant gray(the QB), but I had read something that UC still wanted him. could have been out dated though.

Bada-bing. That would be a good player and important position. Makes perfect sense.

Based on the "high importance for 2008" line, I'd say it's not Ray. Not that Ray wouldn't be a great pickup, just he doesn't fill any big void for next year.
BTW, do these "orange" alerts remind anyone else of the game "Guess Who"? Does your guy play offense? *click click click click* Is he tall? *click click* Was he at camp? *click click click*

Agree. For the same reason, I don't think it is Dandridge.
Based on the "position of high importance" comment from Dorsey, it has to be an LB or OL.
Yes, we want to take a RB, a QB, some corners, but I don't think any of those would be considered a position of high importance right now. Even the DL is in better shape than it has been in quite a few years. If I had to venture a guess, I'll say an OL. Maybe not even a big name, quite possibly the recipient of a new offer after we lost out on Pannell.

It is someone at a position of need AND the person camped at MSU.
