It's not Heuter. I believe the kid isn't in the Rivals system.

The kid in question is a rising sleeper, I think UM had him at the OSU game this past weekend.

So are these schools just the ones that have recruited Lo White Jr.? I think that this is a prime example of the flaws in the rating system by the way...

How much fun is getting a kid that um had to their big game, he sees them get handled, and MSU stage a big comeback vs. PSU, and he then commits to MSU?!

Lloyd retiring with Dantonio finishing strong his first year could really end up helping MSU. MSU wins their bowl game and this could end up being a really good class.

he doesn't have any offers from any of those teams. A lot of times players just try and boost their rating by saying so and so is recruiting them. If he hasn't been offered by any teams then a 2 star rating is a good rating for him.

"at 6'1, 176 with 4.38 hand-timed speed, the senior QB is flying under the radar since he hasn't attended many college camps. But with his speed and agility, he could be a Division-I caliber player at defensive back or maybe quarterback. He's also a standout basketball player. Either way, Martin deserves more attention from colleges. Check out his highlights."

I highly doubt he'll be playing QB here, he'll probably be a DB. Man Dantonio is bringing in some SERIOUS speed this class. Our secondary is going to be flying around out there. Arent we in on 2 other really good secondary players? Lipscomb and someone else?

Sounds like a true sleeper that hasn't emerged until very late in the game as an elite prospect.

6'2"
190 lbs
apparently runs a 4.35

The best part of this commitment is that Dantonio and his staff decided to offer just minutes into watching his film. That's impressive. Also has a verbal offer from Illinois apparently as well.

The main reason he is a sleeper is he did not attend any camps or combines He also plays qb for his high school. Also the WLAA is under recruited by big 10 schools and usually doesn't produce high end talent. Devin Thomas played in the conference and wasnt heard of on rivals or anything but I attribute that to poor grades more than anything. Myles White is from the same conference as well.

I hope people don't start calling him K-Mart tho haha.

EDIT: I also believe he is being recruited for WR and thats all.

My buddy teaches at Westland John Glenn. I'll get the scoup on the kid this weekend and I'll let you guys know his schedule, his grade in chemistry, and his favorite lunch menu item. Also, he might not have a date yet for next weeks dance.

More to follow...

I don't know if I like this or not. Now, Dantonio still has a bye from me since he kicked ass the last two weeks... I just want to know more about this guy since he's not on Scout or Michigan Elite...

Ben Johnson + Jacked on roids = Timing officials have since broken down that famed race into 10-meter increments, and Johnson was so preposterously fast that he went through 50 meters in 5.52 seconds and 60 meters in 6.37 – both under the current world records at those distances. He went through 40 yards that day in 4.38 seconds.
