I would applaud the news if true. I don't like the "decommit first" rule.

It mentions it in this free article on rivals:
MichiganPreps.com - Mark Ingram Exclusive
Good read on Ingrams recruitment. This is the #1 player I think we need to land in this class. He will be a STUD. The film in the top right corner is his junior years film. His senior year blew his junior year out of the water.
Mark make your commitment to the Green and white this weekend!!!!

Cissoko is 5-8
His 40 time is 4.4 - but he never ran it at the Scout combine. What makes this kid hot ****?
Do we need another small WR, DB or Safety?

Michigan: Meet Stephen Schilling and Carson Butler. They’re the reason why the cupboard isn’t bare for Rich Rodriguez. Carson Butler is the next Bennie Joppru. And Stephen Schilling is…a right tackle, I can’t do this. The Wolverines are in danger of a 5-7 season. And if you’re a hater? It’s beautiful.

Do a little research about him on Rivals and you will see why he is .

They said at all the camps he has been to he has locked down the other WR. I too am skeptical on the height but he has the speed and it sounds like the know-how of how to be a DB unlike some of our current DB's. KDC and Ross Weaver are tall CB's, heck KDC is like a track champion from Ohio and they continually miss play the ball.

Might we see most of the visitors this weekend at the Jacksonville basketball game this Saturday?

I am starting to get a very good feeling about our recruiting over the next 2 months......
and staff have to be on fire with not only the current recruits but those 'investigating' other options with the coaching changes.

The combination of having a relatively successful season on the field and seeing the number of young bucks getting playing time could be parlayed into something big. Greg Jones being a first team frosh A-A certainly helps sell the program.

That can't be overstated. True freshman not only sees playing time, but starts = check. Staff coached him well enough so that he's not only effective, but he makes Freshman AA team = check. Team obviously can improve their D = check. There is opportunity in all three D units, DL, LB & Secondary = check. Staff/team made significant progress the first season, there's reason to expect more = check. What's not to like about MSU?

Oh I completely agree. Hell in today's world a player is fair game even if he has a coach.
Not my point though

I wonder if after UM was supposedly still pressing Fred Smith, Dantonio said screw it and realized that's not how the game was played anymore.
Or it's possible that Narduzzi was in DCD looking at juniors anyway so he thought he'd check in with Kenny since they had recruited him for close to a year.
