If by tomorrow you mean "On signing day" then most likely.

Okay cool, didn't feel like sifting through 179 pages worth of stuff to find out it's on signing day.

Nah. No need to go back that far. There's been a lot of stuff on here the past couple days about how he's got visits scheduled to USC, UofM, and Miami before signing day. I WISH he was announcing tomorrow. We'd be the sure leader.

you got that right. Deandre Jones became more prominent as well as Hill, Fitzgerald, and Lucas. Sounds like we will get a couple out of those. Also do not forget about Glenn Winston who is at the top of our list with them as well.

Yeah, he might actually announce just before signing day if not on signing day.

while i love following recruiting, and its like crack, these kids throwing big press conferences, etc. it just ridiculous

Forgive my ignorance, but as a person who doesn't follow recruiting, does Dantonio favor recruiting JUCO talent? One thing JLS did was tap some good JUCO contributors.

He'd much rather build depth with high schoolers. Remember we did bring in Michael Jordan last year though. We've also been looking at JUCOs like Maurice Graham, Jamal Mosely, and Mike Balogun this year. I think that it's possible that we may see one or two JUCOs a year, but with the new transfer restrictions they are definitely harder to bring in.

Yes, because education is based on knowing or not knowing one abbreviation for football recruiting.

Oh it's fine.
I go to WMU, so I'm not offended at all.
Or should I be?

It may have already been discussed on here, but looking at Alabama's current recruit list, they already have 3 RB's in this class.
ntl rank 21 **** Chris Jordan (Brentwood Academy)Brentwood, TN
6-2/208/4.50
ntl rank 61 *** Ivan Matchett (St. Pauls Episcopal School) Mobile, AL
5-10/205/4.60
ntl rank 80 *** Jermaine Preyear (W P Davidson HS)Mobile, AL
5-11/195
And, in additon to Ingram, they have 2 visits this weekend from
ntl Rank 7 **** Aundre Dean(Katy HS) Katy, TX
6-1/201/4.50
ntl rank 49 *** Jerico Nelson (Destrehan HS) Destrehan, LA
5-10/198/4.50
Not to mention they return (per espn)
CAR YDS YPC TD's
Terry Grant 180 891 5.0 8 (RS Sophomore next year)
Glen Coffee 129 545 4.2 4 (Junior next year)
Roy Upchurch 50 237 4.7 1 (junior next year)
I dont see Saban being able to recruit from the playing time angle at all at the RB positon... is he recruiting him as something else? Just doesnt seem logical that Ingram would see the field at all in his first 3 years there.

Logic and recruiting are never guaranteed to go hand-in-hand.

I'm with dantonizzo.....
OF COURSE Ingram should not go to Bama. They have an overload of RB's and Saban is a scumbag. That being said, he can sell ice to an eskimo, so................ we'll see. (fingers crossed)
