Well, I'm sure he's no Kaleb Thornhill, but still seems like he should merit an offer.

He had an offer already, this is pure spin. If he was good enough to play at Oklahoma, WV, and now Michigan......yet not athletic enough for MSU?

This must be how you spin when you can't use academic standards as an excuse.

I am not bashing. We can afford to be very picky right now on LB's, we already have Drew Stevens.

here is his video for people to see for themselves.

ScoutingOhio.com Mooney: Taylor Hill Sophomore 2005

hes only 6 2 205 lbs, and only played DE and RB for high school. Can he play OLB, i think so and I know that state offered him before his visit. Now maybe they didnt like his character when he visited, thats possible. I'm guessing he was waiting for U of M to offer once the new staff was in place, and took this visit because he was interested in MSU, but more interested in michigan. He fits a WV defense/New Michigan better than our classic 4-3 anyways.

Well this is a very disappointing development after it sounded like he would be wearing G & W. Hopefully MD didn't just get played by dickrod and there is more to the story that we are not aware of. I'm not buying the story that MSU never offered from Paul K.

Oklahoma pulled their offer chief, the same dick-rod offered him at both WVU and Michigan.

I heard he is closer to 6-0 and 200, not 6-2. Also, Oklahoma pulled their schollie so something is strange with this recruitment . . . too much (dis)information floating around . . . on the bright side we sure have room for Nick Perry!!!!!

If Bob Stoops' brother is the DC at Cardinal Mooney and Oklahoma pulls the scholarship offer, what does that tell you? It tells me that Oklahoma thought he could play LB and realized he couldn't or that there was a good chance that he wouldn't develop into a LB."

Paul K. is sticking to his story in claiming "rock solid sources" state MSU did not offer him and that he is a plan B recruit, which is why MSU tripped him.
