BTW - I would love a commit from Cameron Jude (and for that matter his brother Ryan). Both bring size and decent attributes to positions (DE and MLB respectively) of dire need.

I don't think so, just because if he said it was going to be out within the next day or two...90% of the time, coaches try and wait until after signing day to announce junior commits so they don't scare away any 08 kids. It's possible- kids do announce before, but I'd say its unlikely.

Scruggs
I have seen conflicting reports about Scruggs and whether or not he made it to East Lansing this weekend. According to recruitingplanet.com he did not make it to East Lansing and he is done with his visits. I hope that this news is inaccurate.

Probably an 08 LB. No reason or point for an 09 to announce right before 08 signing day.

yes/no.
Scruggs was not in EL due to illness. He is rescheduled for next weekend with his mother.
The wild card with this Orange is - HUGE get - how Hondo is this description, that we do not know.
The hints supposedly are:
- position of need
- recent visitor
- HUGE get (uh-huh)
- supposedly not a Magenta Orange...if you get my drift.
- has to tell his parents, so must not have visited with parents
Morgan comes to mind...but as good as he is, is he a HUGE get.
Jude would not be as 'big' as Morgan, IMO
Maybe the Cinci kid, but I dont know if he visited with parents and is he 'huge'
The wildcard is a mystery visitor...like this cincy kid that came out of the blue, but maybe hasnt been discovered...odd.
Oh, the other was maybe a switch for Balogun from OU....
so, basically, we have no idea.
