Hopefully I'm not repeating anything but what is the status of Youboty and Maurice Graham the JUCO TE? It seems like we'd be a good fit for Youboty.
As a new member to the thread I know this doesn't hold a lot of weight but my gut feeling is that Perry will choose USC, Ingram to us and one big suprise on signing day. Just by reading the articles about UM recruits recently, I just have a feeling that one will decide to head north to EL.
It just seems odd that would not have something up his sleeve considering the number of recruits that have chosen to not attend MSU in the last few weeks.

That could be. I'll just say this- if Perry was telling 2 sites that MSU was leading and UM was 4th..I bet most people here would believe him

Youboty to decide between Louisville and Marshall. Maurice Graham eliminated due to eligibility issues.

as far as perry, it looks like one thing is certain..... nobody knows what's going on.
that's why i don't spend too much time scrutinizing what a recruit says. too many influences on and spins on what they say. too much "in the moment" commentary that often changes after a couple days pass.
i'm just trying to read between the lines and look at the overall situation. there are certain posters that are inside, and have very good track records (as smithsonga mentioned), and they are saying MSU is a close second to usc before last nights in-home, and stated that the situation woud not be worse after.
so, yeah, take it for what its worth, and it might not be worth much...but said poster(s) have been very accurate in the past. contrast that with valenti and his inside sources telling him that smith and burrell were flipping.
so, again....we won't know until we know. but i have a feeling that people will be surprised. and if it doesn't shake out that way, oh well.
but for every rojo, there's a delvon roe.

Nothing wrong with optimism. I just hope the weenies don't lose their minds if the cookie doesn't crumble our way.

there's a better chance of state landing pryor than the weenies not losing their minds. that's going to happen no matter what (unless, of course, perry commits)

Huh? UM fans are kind of writing off Pryor now and focusing on another 4 star QB that is visiting this weekend. Don't think you'll see many meltdowns assuming UM gets this other guy.

he was talking about the people on this board who will melt down if perry goes elsewhere, and i said that there is more of a chance of state landing pryor than there is of posters on this board handling bad news without losing their minds.

that comment wasn't pointed at you at all. he was saying there is a better chance that pryor commits to MSU (no chance) than this board NOT having a meltdown if perry commits elsewhere.

Personally, I dont want Pryor anywhere near AA. That kid is a beast. And i know the company line is "he's still gonna be a freshman QB" next year and all that jazz...but, I dont care. Put that kid in a Wolvie uniform next year, and they automatically win 2 more games then they will without him.
Hopefully, that goes from 4 to 6, though.
If he goes to OSU, I guarantee he gets AT LEAST as much PT as Tebow did his freshman year.

Ahh I see my mistake- you said "weenies", which on this board seems to mean UM fans more often than not. My bad.

Gardiner is on campus right now, FYI. At least, I would assume. Because he was on his way up last night. Don't know how long he did/will stay.

You would probably see a bigger meltdown here if Pryor did pick UM then a scUM board when he doesn't (which is sad)
with the YoMo article on SpartanMag about him yet to decide mean he is not the orange? who is

Agree with your point about Pryor. To me it sounds like most have moved on and realize he's headed to tOSU.

Big M the most credible and the person who has the most inside info on SpartanMag had some very interesting things to say.
Lets just put it that way.
Its not Comp, Paul or Matt either. At least at this point.
We had an in home with him last night as well.

yup, and he has been spot-on from everything i've seen. he's had the accurate info before anybody else, including perry being at the BB game.
that, and the SM staff has been good about letting people know when there is no chance (e.g. gray and demens). they have been strangely quiet about perry.

He says MSU was a close second going into the in home yesterday.
He also said that U of M was not the team on top.

I was just curious to see whether it was one of the old MSU insiders. Guess not.
We'll see, won't we?
