Dantonio's lack of four star impact players this year is troubling. especially after a bowl year......
no program can win without high quality talent, regardless of how good your staff can "coach 'em up"....
I am extremely disappointed in this year's class.........MD needs to do more than this......losing kids to MAC schools and what historically would be considered lesser programs is garbage.
MD needs to pick it up.....or he'll be gone.

why only one 4 star?
the cowboy was able to pull in much more talent and he was a goober.
I think we can clearly say MD is not the world's greatest recruiter.....he'll need to become one or find someone who is and hire 'em.

what happened to the Ohio pipeline MD was supposed to open up?
we aren't getting crap out of there.....three star kids at best.....and most of those are after thoughts......
a ton of 2 star recruits does not a championship program make........

Everyone that isnt a spartan fan that realizes that MSU can't yet go head to head for top out of state kids thinks we've done an excellent job in Ohio. Ask the buckeyeplanet guys.
We've got 13 commitments from Ohio in the last two classes. That includes 4 star Antonio Jeremiah (Who received some playing time), along with Wilson (Received solid amount of playing time) Freshman all-american Greg Jones, and our starting CB for a couple of games Chris Rucker.
We have 6 "2 stars" out of 21 total commitments. Not bad at all.

They got all the left overs that the big programs didn't want. They better get Perry and make a statement. If they loose him to scUM nothing has changed.

Ha.
This is about the wekest attempt at trolling I have ever seen. If anyone who pays any attention at all to this coaching staff believes that nothing has changed.......

..and wherever you went to school should have taught you the difference between loose and lose....'cause this makes you sound like a "looser"!

....just maybe Coach D is also interested in recruiting character as well as athletic ability? In the long run, that will be the hallmark of the program...and kids with high character will perform at, or above, the level of lower character athletes with more natural ability. That is the Spartan way!

4-stars or bust huh? Im sure Jim Tressel would politely disagree. James Laurinaitis, Malcolm Jenkins, Brain Hartline, and Brain Robiskie (all 3-star recruits) basically lead tOSU to the title game this year. Laurinaitis and Jenkins would have been first round picks had they decided to come out this year.

So you're a recruit, say a 4 star. You pick MSU over USC, Miami, OSU & Texas why?!

the coaching staff will likely be on the trail of some late qualifiers this spring.
if you could just ban natron, kgb, and banned from the recruiting threads then that would take care of the problem as they give no value to this thread. Just a bunch of spewing.

One of the best threads in the history of tRCMB.
It has everything short of pictures of poop and Melissa T. There's rumor, speculation, induendo, DSF's, love in's, verbal beat down of UM fan....talk about MSU football....what else can one want?

Don't get too hasty. Being that we're clearly not signing 25 tomorrow, there could be more targets to discuss in the coming weeks/months.
