In terms of Smith its just bad timing- they are updating the 4 stars/ top 250 today. He's still a 4 star though.

If I had to guess he would probably be a 3*, but rankings don't mean much to me anyhow. Eric Smith is a good example of that .

Sounds like the kid is still delyaing his decision. If he was a PSU lock like it was mentioned before, it has to be better for MSU if he is delaying things.
