'08 PA QB Terrell Pryor (OSU Commit)
So this is just what I heard
My buddy goes to Ohio State and his sister is one of Tressell's assistants. According to her Tressell would not reveal if he committed or not, but walked around the office smiling all day today. She also said that Joe Daniels the QB coach had a very important call this morning and since then has been drawing up what looked like plays all day in his office.
Of course no gaurantee, but it looks imminent.

I'll believe it when I see him with the hat on but this if true is encouraging

I think Tressel was smiling because someone wrote gullible on the ceiling.

Why is the QB coach diagramming plays for an incoming freshman when he has a returning QB who was 1st team All-Big Ten?

Pryor to O$U is a done deal. Tressel gives RR his first of many big losses. Can't wait to see UM try to field a team next year with Threet or Feagin at QB. It is going to be so epic.

Its kind of sad for you as a Spartan fan to be looking forward to Tressel and OSU beating Michigan. The last time State beat UM or OSU was.........?

how many times in a day can the kid change his mind? i've heard he's announcing tomorrow and he's delaying to visit such and such school at least 2 times each. you've had your moment in the recruiting spotlight. now pick a school and see if you can actually live up to all the hype.

Why the hell would he want to visit PSU now? He's already been there a lot.

I think his family and/or Batch is pushing him away from OSU.

That's bizarre. Well, I'm sure that you'd much rather him go to Penn State than Ohio State.
Bottom line, if he wants to win...he'll go to OSU.

Pryor is playing the system/scum and rr big time.
I can tell you with full confidence being told players who recruited by and played for Carr and Schembechler that Pryor would have been told to seek a scholarship elsewhere.
Carr would have told him later than Schembechler but Pror's choices would have been between OSU and PSU at the 11th hour as the coaches in aa would have excused themselves from the chase.

Pryor to PSU is a small victory for UM and a GIANT loss for OSU. And for the rest of the B10 it is pretty significant. Having Pryor at UM or O$U would be disastrous for the rest of the B10. At P$U he might turn out like their last 5-star QB Morelli.

He wasn't diagramming plays. He was charting out the salary structure of the team. They may have promised more $$ upfront and they have to move things around...even Ohio State has a budget.
