Who is #1 for Dixon? $
Dixon received his first offer from Northwestern. MSU is his favorite. Would commit if offered.

What is the story on this kid?
You gotta like the idea of a 6'2" safety patrolling the field. That would also leave plenty of room to add muscle to the current 170 as well. Any idea on his speed, position ranking or the like?

Scout - Dixon Gets a One-on-One with MSU $
Sat down with Dantonio at a recent Junior day. Likes MSU, but is weighing all his options. Hears from MSU, Michigan, Northwestern, and Illinois. No new offers.

I like our chances here. I see him and Benton as our DBs in Green when all in said and done. Especially Dixon with the Norman connection.

Indeed we do
Whenever our next camp is... that is when we'll get him (*just a guess*).

not if Benton commits.
I think Dixon winds up out of state because MSU won't offer him.
He's a solid prospect, I just think we land someone better

We could take both and offer Gordon a spot at WR.

benton hasn't been offered either. Dixon could also play WR and seeing as how we're about to lose a bunch might take three again.

I know schollies are tight but we should take 4 db's again. A lack of depth there has plagued us forever. plus there will be some attrition.

I've seen that this kid could potentially play WR, CB or S so even with Benton being the only safety there's still a good shot at CB.

Scout - Detroit Safety Excited after Ville Offer $
Plans to camp at MSU this summer. Will visit Louisville. Ron English likely involved. Says he isn't familiar with Louisville but they are high on his list.
