Patrick White may not be quite as fast as Johnny Adams but he plays Field Fast ! He's similar in size to Adams, maybe even a little bigger than Adams. I think Patrick can contribute @ CB right away as a true FR and not be red-shirted because of his athleticism, like Adams he just needs some coaching on technique. With Adams and White together, MSU could have two potential shut-down Corners for years to come; add in Trenton Robinson as the Nickel Back and MSU should be able to cover all the spread offenses they come up against in the future.

Like those scenarios. Dantonio and Narduzzi are building a killer defense. Imagine what these fast linebackers can do if the corners can cover-one-on- one, and the safeties are freed-up to support the run? Beside great DT's, lockdown corners are the hardest recruit to find.

for the record Ohio State did offer Patrick late and wanted him to decommit.I also know he is a shut down corner and will be an all american like his dad was as a DB.Patrick is a good young man and Michigan State is lucky to have him.
