Shannon 06 = Anderson 05
Alan also wowed scouts in pre-draft workouts. And one could argue AA was more suited physically for tNBA (size, quickness, ability to finish). I love Shannon, but I have a bad feeling draft night would not be a good night for him. He is not tall for a 2 guard. His handle is not great (something he could work on in the next year at
MSU). He might get drafted in the 2nd round, or sign a free agent deal, but I'm not sure that is enough to stay in the draft.
If he stays in, I truly hope he is a first rounder like the scouts are projecting. And who knows, maybe what everyone else is saying about Davis could be true about Shannon. Perhaps next year he would struggle with double-teams and being "the man". Its pretty much impossible to predict from a fan's standpoint.
