Trevor, recruits can't sign with anyone until early February! Further, a top recruit who decommits is more likely to recommit if
MSU hires a heavy duty coach vs. Brian Kelly. It's counterproductive to settle for a coach because you're worried about verbals in November. Much better to focus on the best possible coach now, who can get the signatures on LOI's in early February.
