Went out this afternoon with some friends. 3 of them had the new iphones. Well, they switched back to Verizon because they were losing out on business and personal opportunities because the service is unreliable, the network speed is slow and, most importantly, they couldn't send/receive text messages.

They decided to keep the iPhone as their ipod but they went back to Verizon for wireless mobile service.

The Verizon guy that took them back said that they are starting to see a lot more of this.

I call BS on this.
