They've played a bit. They were in at the end of the UAB game and they had extensive playing time last season. In all honesty, the experience those two got last season in starting roles is a lot more than most backups get before they take over a position. Both Moss and Cironi will both be in their fourth year of college football next season.
Also, Bacon will probably get one of the two open starting spots for next year. that means Moss and Cironi will be in a position battle for the last tackle spot. Whoever loses will be a quality backup. How often do you get the chance to have a 4 year player in a backup position? Beyond that you'll have Leggins as a 3rd year sophomore (will he improve enough to be counted on?) and then redshirt freshman in McGaha and Foreman.
As it stands for next year, we will be solid with the starting unit and...ok with depth. If Ray and Diehl can returen then our depth will be solid as well.
