I would take Griese vs Oak. The Raiders are playing terrible football and I don't expect them to beat the Bears. At lesat before the season people thought their defense was something special but that is not the case. Last year the teams would just run the ball when they got the lead, so on paper it looked like the Raiders had a good pass D.
I would pick Griese vs Oak if your other alternative is Kurt Jesus Warner.
