This film is outstanding in so many ways. It is directed by Jason Reitman, who did THANK YOU FOR SMOKING. It's about a teenage girl who has an unexpected pregnancy and how she is dealing with it. It stars Ellen Page, Michael Cera, Jason Bateman, Jennifer Garner, Allison Janney and JK Simmons. It's hysterical, touching and so damn great.

The writer of the film was at the screening I caught tonight and she was great. It was her first film and I really cannot remember a better debut screenplay in a long time. Her name is Diablo Cody and I hope we hear so much more from her.
