Stevens would NOT start as a freshmen. How many OL start as true freshman??? VERY VERY VERY little. RoMart was all-american lineman and he still is just average. He may get some snaps and be on the two deep, but it is rare to earn a starting spot in the trenches as freshmen and even sophomores for that matter.
