I dont think so. Walk wouldnt have been murdered (that we know of) unless it was in a flash forward, or had happened during Michael and Walt's trip back to NYC.
The picture to me looked more like a young Eko, but that doesnt make any sense either so I think I am wrong on that.
Not sure who it was, but I did find it strange that they paused on the picture.
