There is A LOT of buzz about him not only commiting to
MSU, but doing so within this week. On top of that, Valenti said the birds are chirping about a commitment to the Spartans this week and because he was dead-on with Baker, I'll believe him about this as well. I have a strong feeling Caper is a Spartan.
