Isn't the whole point of a TE is to be "bigger than a DB and faster than an LB". Most B11 LBs are a heck of a lot faster than 4.88.
I'm not bashing him in anyway, he's got awesome size and could develop into a stud RT or something, but his speed is probably what is preventing us from offering at the moment. I'd love for him to be a Spartan,
can find a place for him I'm sure.
