Injured Delvon Roe invited to Jordan Brand game
Michigan State signee Delvon Roe, who injured his knee in the first game of the season and underwent microfracture surgery, has been named to the Jordan Brand All-American game set to be televised April 19 on ESPN2. "Everybody understands that Delvon will go but won't be able to play," St. Edward coach Eric Flannery told the Cleveland Plain Dealer. "It's a great honor for him.
He's doing great. He's going through full rehabilitation and he's walking without a limp, without crutches. If it was somebody else, maybe they'd move the rehab along quicker, but you want to proceed at a pace that keeps in mind what the future might hold for Delvon."
