March, 2008: Sherman is a strong, skilled big man with the ability to play either the high or low post. He has good range on his shot and is a strong rebounder with excellent mobility and reactions. Reportedly, Sherman is compared by Michigan State (verbal commitment) coach Tom Izzo and his staff to current Spartan junior big man Goran Suton as a high schooler. He could become an instant starter for MSU in 2009-2010.
