I don't know about Ziegler to UCLA. Izzo's generally got good relationships with most coaches in Michigan not located in AA, and Coach Ziegler (like most good parents) probably wants his kid to find a school that has the opportunity for immediate playing time or a favorable depth chart (both possibilities assuming
MSU doesn't land Wilson). UCLA will be a major player in his recruitment I think, but I would be surprised if
MSU doesn't show a pretty good level of interest.
