The issue is kids having an offer AND getting turned down.  As far as I can tell, only a handful of kids have offers. So, you're saying that really doesn't mean anything, they can still get turned down...ok...it just sounds strange. |
Well most offers are either conditional or time sensitive. You get sent an offer, and you have that offer, but things change so unless you have a pretty quick turnaround, or are still in contact with a coach giving you a push - you should double check your status before saying something stupid.
