It's easy to repeat (Beethoven's 6th, 9th, 3rd, Dvorak's New World, The Moldau by Smetana, Mahler's First and 2nd, etc. are all favorites.

A few that haven't been mentioned:
Stephen Hough's recording of Hummel's Piano Concertos in A minor and B minor is to die for. Much better than...
Beethoven's Emperor Concerto, another favorite
Brahms' 4th symphony is great too.
I also like Prelude to the Afternoon of A Faun by Debussy (especially the old NY/Leonard Bernstein version, which is out of print)
Rachmaninov's 2nd Piano Concerto and 2nd Symphony (in that order, and it's not close)
