Quick, agile, big, strong, mean, athletic, hard working, with good hands and feet would better describe what everyone wants.
RR puts more emphasis on quick and agile, MD seems to fall in love with hard working and a lot of emphasis on footwork, and that sees to be working with Foreman and McGaha at least. There are definitely people who overlap, but there is a reason why more people from pro style O's make it to the pro's than zone schemes. Different skills off that list are paramount.
