*shrugs* I'm okay with opening it up for dates. The important points:
1) Not overpacking peoples' schedules. With the Toledo Mudhens thing on August 23rd and the 4th of July on, well, July 4th, I'd like to space things out.
2) I want to set the details by end-of-week. I'll be fronting the money for any reservations (we're looking at Kircher Field, the place next to Red Cedar GC with the lights, PA, scoreboard, etc, and Holiday Lanes), and the sooner the better.
The plan on the mod board right now looks something like this:
Friday afternoon/evening: Bowling event (possibly opened to the public since very few people take bowling too seriously and those who do can be mocked mercilessly)
Friday night: Drinking and general revelry
Saturday morning: recover from hangover
Saturday afternoon: Softball event (RCMBish only) - projected announcing team of phoneman and Fletch (now we need an Erin Andrews)
So let's hear it, what dates are going to work for people?
