In our experience, we do know that JLS when he ran his spread looked for a lot different kind of lineman than what Dantonio does. The difference of course is that one line has an emphasis on pass blocking while the other has a priority on run blocking...and not run blocking for a running QB which is completely different. You realize that the kind of kid that Carr would recruit for his offense aren't the same as RR is going to recruit for HIS offense. There are definitely skill set differences which are required. Matthias is definitely more of a Carr guy.
