Greater Lansing Sports Authority has it listed for softball. Couldn't find a listing for Ranney Park, but I know where you're talking about. Are they owned by either of the City governments? In either case, the location isn't going to matter much since they're literally a quarter mile from each other and we'd be doing these things on separate days (so it doesn't have to be right next to Holiday lanes). I just thought of Kircher because it looks really cool and far more importantly is right next to Oade's. Price will be the clincher unless there's some giant difference I'm missing.
--edit-- Okay, found the giant difference using the google maps satellite.
Ranney: 200ft to the wall
Kircher: 325ft to the wall
Depending on turnout it might almost be better if we did Kircher. I'd hate to tell 4-8 people to sub out or even worse not play at all after donating. At Kircher we would be able to do an extra outfielder or something. Ah well, this is just idle guessing right now, first thing is to find out the costs of reserving both for a game.
