I was the PA announcer @ Muni last summer for City league/30+/40+ baseball and while I would like to play I could run the board and PA for the game if nessisary. Ranney can't be used for slow pitch. The place is tiny and the game would turn into the Legends & Celebrety game (homer-fest during All-Star weekend) in no time.
Muni tends to be busy during the weekends in the summer. There are Saturday evening/night double headers most weeks & Sundays are booked solid with a triple (occasional quad) headers every week (besides holiday weekends). If you need help getting in touch with someone about renting out a field I've got the phone numbers.
