Just because a guy (or three) is/are looking at a school does not mean there is a WWR or Georgia pipeline.
I would say Howell will end up as a 45-65 range player. Top 20 means five star, and that is not going to happen. However, that is just my opinion. I don't even know if that is necessarily a dig on Howell...I mean, Riley has been a five star for a couple years and by all accounts he is a huge disappointment, but has a huge up-side. In other words, the recruiting sites like to give stars out on potential, and I just don't think an undersized PF with Howell's skills is considered a big potential guy.
Again, Allen came to
MSU because of family in E. Lansing. Notice that every time Izzo talked about Allen, Izzo kept pointing out how it was not a normal thing that they recruited Atlanta, and that Allen fell into their laps. No where have I seen anything about Izzo and company recruiting Atlanta hard now that they have Allen.
Lastly, I would say you were quite negative when you said that Izzo not recruiting the Atlanta area was "a joke". I would say he not recruiting Detroit, Cleavland, Chicago, Milwaukee might be a bit problematic, but not Atlanta
