Both of those places are a few blocks away from me. Both pretty nice, though I'd give Lake Forest the edge for being newer. I hate that they're DTN owned, but I had a friend live in one and the apartments have a pretty good setup. There's a really cool new coffeehouse and Tony's Bistro right around the corner and a few new places going in the last time I checked.

Tiffany Woods is right on the edge of "Roosevelt Park", one of those really self-righteous suburb "towns" (eight square blocks?) where the cops have a long, proud reputation of writing tickets for 5 over. But, it's been around a long time and people really seem to like living there.

Either way, Norton Shores is a great community (minus the guy with a big Michigan "M" on his garage door), you're five minutes from the beach, and you'll be a 2-minute drive from groceries (Wal-Mart across the street from a Meijer), $4.00/gallon gas , and places to eat. Definitely check out Pints & Quarts and Mr. Scrib's Pizza.

For the price, it's the best area in Muskegon.

Good Luck.
