In your little world, Poly, you somehow seem to think the biggest purpose of the US is to act as a sort of referee of world events.
If some country isnt doing what our leaders think it should, we have the right to strangle them with sanctions, threaten them with an invasion, or kick them out of our little social group and tell them to play with others.
You spent entirely to much time watching cartoons as a kid.
A rational person can stand back and look at the contributions of our Allies in this latest effort in Iraq to get a good clue on how righteous it is. Few helped to begin with, and we are basically there alone now.
Are all ouR "allies" wrong to not waste the lives of their soldiers fighting a fight they had no business involved with in the first place, no they have it exactly right.
Bush stands alone as the policemen of the world. He makes decisions that get young men and women killed, and for what?
I mentioned Saudi Arabia. The abuses they have sown on their people are certainly in the same league as Saddam. They are sending in armed fighters as we speak who are tasked with killing US servicemen. Do you not believe this.And Bush loves them.
Unlike You, i take a good look at what is going on, and form an opinion that could care less what my peers think of it. Having been around a while, i am very comfortable calling Bush a traitor, liar, and poor representative of those of us who elected him.
