I don't see what the big deal is. So Nichol screwed up and decommitted. If he had went to
MSU odds are very good he would have sat behind Hoyer for 2 years.
If he came back and went to
MSU, the situation would be similar to if he stuck to his verbal to
MSU., He got a year of practice at OU like he would have here, he would then have this season to sit and learn as well, ready to compete for job. In 2009.
I can forgive the kid, he gave us as much so far not being here as he would have in green and white from the start. Tough for a FR to start right away, more have failed than succeeded by a large margin.
