The Democrats and everybody else back in the pre invasion days were so rallied behind the 9/11 attacks we would follow like sheep to avenge those people and anybody thought to be behind the crime.

Anybody who didnt get onboard could have been taken as a traitor back then. You need to remember the mindset of the time. Great propoganda. Goebbels could have learned a lot.

Soon "thinking"people began to come out of the ether, look around and see the faulty and decietfull evidence we were all in lock step with.

No, pre invasion, patriotism didnt reside on one side of the aisle or the other, it washed over all of us.

True patriots now speak out and point the finger at the deciever, and call him what he is, a liar, war monger, and a person who certainly doesnt put US citizens first on his agenda.

Traitors follow him like sheep, down a slow path of ruin.
Most democrats made it a point to say that they were basing thier vote for war on intelligence agency's from half the countries in the world. Hillary said she had talked to members of her husband's staff. They had the same intelligence Bush did.

The thing that I find amazing about the war is people actually thinking we would find WMD's. You act as if Saddam was an idiot. He was in power for a long long time because of his intelligence. Saddam knew that we were coming into Iraq for over a year. Would a man that hated the U.S. and needed to mislead the world keep his WMD's where we could find them? Of course not. I would bet that he spent that year shipping WMD's into neighboring countries (Syria), destroying and hiding what was left. He was a smart man and he knew that we had a large number of suckers (liberals) that he could play to to get us out of his country. All he needed was time. His major miscalculation was George Bush. He had no idea that he was up against a very smart and stubborn man that was not going to give up no matter what kind of liberal dissent he had to put up with.

It would be like a drug dealer knowing the police were coming to his storehouse a week ahead of time and not moving the drugs. That would never happen you say. You're right so why would you think Saddam would keep his WMD's? With them the U.S. can tell the world "See, we told you he had them." Without the WMD's? You see what happened. He played our democratic party like a puppet master. He knew how to mislead the ignorant and he must have known just how weak and ignorant our democratic party was.
