Yeah, gave us a verbal (while JLS was HC), then JLS was fired, KN said he'd stay at MSU, but then bailed to go to OU.

His high school tape is as good as you'll see from any QB, and he was an absolute stud at powerhouse Lowell. Elite 11, 4 star (could've been a 5 star but was a bit too small), you name it.

Big recruit. Big get (if true) for MD and MSU.

Very similar to Stanton, only a little smaller but a little bit better arm.

the thing with MSU fans is a lot feel like he back stabbed the program. I can see that only because he said "MSU fans don't need to worry i'm going to MSU" then gave his verbal to Oklahoma like 3 days later.

Truth be told he was 17, he went out there with his dad, got sweet talked and thought he'd be the star QB at a tradition loaded big name school and took it. It didn't work out, he's coming back. As long as this doesn't effect Maxwell (which it really doesn't) I'm happy because it will make the 3 horse race between Nicole, Foles, and Cousins, really interesting to watch.

edit:
From what i've seen he's also a better runner then Stanton was. Doesn't run like a chicken with his head cut off. Although I still think Stanton was a vastly underrated passer. He had receivers who dropped more passes in a game then some teams do in a season.
