True for foreigners on the team, but not for over-spending for players...Chelski wins by a mile in that department. Wenger is frugal (relatively, by Big Four standards) and he buys a lot of young foreign players because they are cheaper. By contrast, Chelski has been known to spend £30million on the likes of Shevchenko, simply because Roman has the rubles to do so.
Also, as a "foreigner" myself, I honestly don't really care how many Englishmen play for Arsenal. Its kind of ironic that Arsenal is the only English-owned club with a traditional board setup in the Top 4, yet their squad is the least English
