My argument, though, was that we have every sport available at every competitive level for youths. My neighbors kid plays Rush () travel soccer, another neighbor kid plays travel hockey, etc.

Youth baseball is popular in Asia and Mexico, soccer and cricket are popular in Europe and Africa and Aussie kids are exposed to rugby.

Other countries simply don't have the youth sports diversity that the United States does, and that will stunt the development of professional sports in those countries.
