I know dorsey said that but I dont buy it. They're at the 85 limit with 20 scholarship seniors and 15 2009 commits already. That means presently they have 5 more to give.
taking a full 25 means assuming 5 kids leave the program, which you cant justifiably assume. Plus tressel has been known to reward a walk-on or two.
2010 is also a great year in ohio and michigan and it wouldn't be a bad idea for tressel to save a couple seeing as how they only have 17 scholarship seniors in 2009
