This one's in effect and expanded to "ticking the mods off by consistently being an ass." I'll never ban someone for their stance on an issue, but if they're consistently condescending, making outlandish inflammatory statements, etc, they'll see the sidelines for a bit. It's happened to two people already, and I can think of three that deserve it if they keep it up. If you think someone's an idiot, let your point make it, having to actually call someone a moron says you've got nothing better than namecalling.
