The girls were wrong. Very wrong. However, each guy had an opportunity to control the situation by wearing a condom. I'm sure the girls lied to them, but they didn't put a gun to anyone's head to have sex.
And based on the actions of the girls, you would deny the right of the 17 children to receive financial support from their fathers? Take the blinders off. Regardless of how f*d up the situation is, the kids deserve to be supported by both parents.
