Just an off the wall thought- Do you think its a possibility he's loading up on DB's partially as a response to UM's new offense and the continued expansion in general of the spread in the Big Ten? I'm not trying to be arrogant and say Tressel is so concerned with RR that he's changing his entire recruiting strategy, but with UM, Illinois running the spread and PSU telling recruits that is the direction they are trying to go (not to mention lesser programs like Purdue and NW running the spread) I wonder if Tressel at least partly is responding to the spread and the likelihood of needing 5 DB's on the field an awful lot.
