How can you even be sure they're accurate? Bush has failed to arrest the anthrax attackers, kill Bin Laden, secure Afghanistan, or secure peace and security in Iraq. What makes you think America will hand the Republicans ANOTHER chance??

Most people have forgotten about anthrax, a good chunk could care less about Afghanistan and the people in it... but if someone blew up the Statue of Liberty, they're gonna run to the military man, not the guy saying "let's talk with other nations" and "let's get out of Iraq." I'm not saying it would be sufficient to get McCain elected, but it would certainly make this race more interesting since it plays to McCain's background. Even the staunchest Obama supporter would be very hard-pressed to say that such an event would swing things further in Obama's favor.
