Jim Jones was a nut, where as Obama knows exactly what he is doing (or is being told what to do
) I think it is a fair comparison though to equate Obama supporters with the
drinkers. They are not living in reality. Obama says I am the candidate of change, and then promptly hires hundreds of Clinton officials to fill policy positions. I worked the '92 campaign, people were mesmerized by the whole "it's time for a change theme" There is nothing different in the Obama rhetoric from the liberal handbook. Those policies failed with Carter, failed when implemented under Clinton and Bush and will fail in the future.
